From a young age Susan has enjoyed baking.

She is a self-taught artist with a real eye for detail. She enjoys bringing a project to conclusion.

Before designing a cake Susan holds a personal consultation with the client to ensure that the cake accurately reflects the brides wishes. She encourages the bride to bring fabric, ribbon, flowers or pictures that will help tailor the cake for her event.

All cakes are made fresh, completely from scratch, so they taste as wonderful as they look. Susan uses only the finest ingredients, including fresh sweet butter, real extracts and real fruit for fillings.
